Important Shift Information
Please be on time for your shift to begin food service in time for games.
Ending time is an estimation. During your shift, DOD will release you once food service and closing duties have been completed — end time may vary based on demand.
Please check in with your DOD at the beginning of your shift and prior to departure.
As we transition to the new fields, we are working hard to get our grill and concessions up to full service.
Please report to DOD upon arrival to receive information about your shift.
It is important that you show up in order to be assigned a role or given additional instructions.

Available Volunteer Positions
Grill – 18 Years and Older
Pull, grill, and season hot dogs and hamburgers to temperature for food service.
Closing Responsibilities: Seal and replace any uncooked frozen food, dump and rinse cooler to leave prepped for next shift. Brush down and shut down grill and clean work area.
Window – 18 Years and Older
Take and deliver food orders, enter transactions, and process cash and credit card payments via terminal.
Communicate orders to Grill/Fryer/Floater positions.
Keep counters clean and food displays stocked.
Closing Responsibilities: Clean and wipe down service counter and machines. Help Floater with final cooler restock and dishes as needed.
Floater – 18 Years and Older
Assist where needed. Maintain full cooler stock of waters and Gatorades.
Bun and wrap hot dogs and burgers.
Communicate food stock and needs to Grill/Fryer positions.
Help at Window when lines are long and run food as needed.
Closing Responsibilities: Complete restock of cooler fridge and clean dishes and work area for next shift.
