Before you register, you will need to have the following available for upload: Child’s birth certificate 3 proofs of residency (mortgage statement, property tax bill, current lease, utility bill, cable bill, mobile phone bill, driver’s license, voter registration card, vehicle registration) Official school record (enrollment statement, tuition statement, most recent report card) Once you have these items scanned and ready for upload, please follow these easy steps: Go to our website at www.dpll.org You will need to create a new account, with a valid email address and password. Do this by clicking on the ‘Register’ button in the upper right-hand corner Once your account is created and you are logged in, you’ll be taken to the main menu screen Click on ‘Register Now’ (the blue button in the upper right-hand corner) Enter child’s info Upload birth certificate Upload residency documents Upload official school record document Select ‘new’ or ‘returning’ family Input school information Indicate child’s uniform size and 2 preferences for uniform number Agree to waivers (we are aware the concussion waiver section is illegible. We are working to fix this. The concussion document is currently available on our website under “Registration Info”, then “Little League Forms") Register as Head Coach (Manager) or Assistant Coach, if applicable Enter Payment Info And that’s it! You will receive an email confirming your registration.
